This page is for me, but feel free to read if it would help you :) I'm using it to document the good shit that happens to me this year so I don't forget it! I'm trying to be less depressed this year and indulge in my hobbies more instead of talking to robots. (This next list is for my wellbeing. I don't have good hygeine or cleaning habits, obviously. But I've struggled much more than I am currently with it and I'm proud of how far I've come :) I didn't put this page up to be judged. I put it up to help me and other people. These rules can both be applied to a physical room or just this website. Anyways, feel free to break any of the rules you want, as long as it doesn't harm you or anyone else. Thank you! :3)
My Room Rules:
- No food anywhere
- Only clear liquids allowed
- Always be yourself
- Meditate/journal for three minutes
Calming Sounds
- Clean for three minutes
- Shower days: Sunday & Wednesday
- Brush teeth every morning
- No ai chats!
- Read one page of a book
- Write down all ideas!
